Jo’s marathon quiz night!
On the 9th March 19 almost 70 residents packed in to the hall for a quiz night to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice as one of their colleagues; Jo Applegate is running the London Marathon for then. The night was a huge success and all the attendees had a great night. The evening centred around a quiz followed by pie and peas and a raffle to raise more money. Good luck to Jo as she takes on the London Marathon…

Village Hall Fundraising Curry Night!
The Village Hall Fundraising Curry Night returns to the Village Hall on Saturday 10th November from 7pm. Good evening all, We’ve just had our annual AGM and monthly meeting and agreed two new events for September and November. On September 8th we will be having our first Last Night of the Proms event and on Saturday 10th November we will be holding our 2nd annual Curry night!
